Kate Moroney is a Minneapolis-based fashion stylist and consultant with over a decade of experience shaping trend-driven, commercially relevant imagery for leading brands and media. Represented by Honey Artists in New York City, she specializes in advertising, eCommerce, television, and editorial.
Her work and expertise have been featured in Forbes Vetted, People.com, Glamour, Marie Claire, and The Wall Street Journal BuySide, and she is a regular contributor on KSTP TV, where she shares insights on trends, styling strategy, and dressing across body types.
Kate holds a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Minnesota College of Design. She began her career in New York, apprenticing with Marchesa and Donna Karan during New York Fashion Week, before joining the corporate eCommerce styling team at Saks Fifth Avenue, where she helped shape the visual direction of Saks.com.
She has since collaborated with brands and publications including Vogue Italia, Elle, Lululemon, Target, and Levi’s, bringing a refined, commercially informed perspective rooted in both creative direction and trend forecasting through her work with WGSN.
In addition to commercial work, Kate sees select private clients in Minneapolis and virtually for wardrobe styling and refinement. This includes full-service personal styling as well as specialized wardrobe edits focused on natural fibers and fabric quality.
